No Baggage Loaders and Unable to edit Aircraft profiles
« on: August 25, 2022, 01:38:10 pm »
Hi there,

Recently got GSX Pro for MSFS, and after uninstalling/reinstalling twice now, I'm continuously getting no Baggage Loaders, Delayed push back tug actions, and out of place stairs and catering trucks to the doors of aircraft (I have gone into the aircraft editor and moved all of the positions and it continues to go to the old positions)

Any idea on what could fix this?

It's obviously impossible to help you with such a sparse description of the problem, which omits the most crucial information:

- Which airplane you use ?

Will be the PMDG 737-800.

In regards to the delayed pushback tug action, it happens on every single aircraft.

We have an official profile for the 737-800 now, remove yours and use that one.

Please clarify more precisely what you mean with "delayed pushback action"

Where can I find the profile for the 737-800?  I have installed the offline installer and it said it had support for the 800 but when loading up in the cargo area of KCLT the stairs are still way off.  I would fix them myself but it will not let me save the aircraft profile as the "save" button is greyed out and unusable.
Thanks for any help.

If you tried to create your own custom profile for the -800, yours now has the precedence and prevents the internal one to be read, so you need to remove it, using the Reset button in the airplane configuration.

If you show you then it's using the internal database.

I reset the 737-800 profile and deleted all customizations and still off.   Attached is a pic.
I will try the passenger variant and see it it works.  What is frustrating is that I can fix it myself very quickly but it won't let me save it.
I am really enjoying it so far other than the small bugs that I am sure will get worked out.

Please post a startup log following the instructions in the top thread "how to report an error"

I have attached the log and a pic.  As you can see, the passengers are still entering the plane too far forward and too high and the catering trucks are way off.
Thank you for taking a look.

As I've said in other posts, I'm very sorry, but I think I've uploaded the offline installer without the 737-800 update. It's fixed now. The Live Update already had the right file.
