Ok so how would I be able to do this because I’m completely confused.

The Sticky post in this very thread, which has instruction to do exactly that: enable logging when the program doesn't even start. Which of course is a repetition of a chapter in the manual named exactly in the same way, Page 38 of the manua.

After update to the latest version cannot use anymore, but previous version works fine, followed the instructions put the addon manager folder into exception and turn off all firewalls and antivirus to reinstall again still cannot use.

attached are the error files with the log file.

You haven't attached the log file, you attached the .err file which is not detailed enough to understand the problem. Also, you attached two copies of the Couatl_MSFS.INI, one with logging enabled another one with logging disabled.

Only use a single copy, with logging enabled, and don't attach it. If you edited the file correctly, you MUST have a Couatl.LOG file in the %APPDATA% folder.

If you are absolutely sure you have enabled logging, and no Couatl.LOG file is created, it means the program hasn't even started, and this is almost invariably caused by the antivirus so, be sure the whole Addon Manager folder is added to the Antivirus EXCLUSIONS.

good evening everyone I activated the coautl log correctly and it is attached.
from what I read it seems that it wants to connect to 2 simconnect.
I await a precise answer. thanks
