It worked when I changed the Windows Regional Format. It's a difficult and complicated setup.
It's surely very easy, once you set the regional format in English.
Also, is it normal for a program to run like this? Doesn't it need to be fixed by you?
We don't know what makes the Turkish regional setting fail the program, but we don't have much choice to test it and, since the solution is very easy and confirmed to work, and you can set it back to the original setting after the installation, it's really a non issue.
