Ramp Worker RIP

Any reason why this guy is hanging from the roof of the  loading truck? IF there is a solution please let me know
Everything works just fine for me, but the ramp workers are suspended

I mean we knew Joe was having problems with his wife, but we didn't know it was THAT bad. Wish he had said something earlier...*rubs neck. Hell of a way to go...

Please provide extra details:

- which airport and gate you were at

- if this happens before the loaders move, during movement, during service, when returning in position, or after the stop in the initial position.
