That's because you don't know what the VFR requirements at an airport are...

Its called the "152 Rule" by pilots but, the FAA call it The Ceiling and Visibility requirements for VFR Flight, which are
1000ft above/500ft below and 2000ft horizontally with visibility 3 miles or greater. As long as those requirements are meet, its OK!
