Only about 50 of 141 pax seen boarding Fenix A320

Hello everyone

I’m only seeing approx 50 pax boarding out of 141. Simbrief says 141 , the ofp says 141 , but I’m only seeing 50 or so before the pax stop walking out. Then nothing, the pax counter in the efb keeps going up and says 141 when completed. Is there a setting I’ve missed or something I need to configure?

Also the jetway keeps retracting, always seems to do it if I goto an external view to look for pax or see how boarding is going. In some views it’s retracted and others not. Then going back to the cockpit it’s retracted. Really strange.

I’ve tried several ways to set up and board the Fenix but seems to happen regardless.

Can anyone offer some ideas or assistance?

Have you linked your simbrief in the settings menu and the flight plan meets the requirements as per p. 60 in the manual?

About SimBrief, it's very likely one of the conditions for having it active hasn't been respected that is:

- Departure airport not the same as on SimBrief

- If you have an active MSFS Flight plan, *both* departure and destination must match the ones on SimBrief

- Departure time must be in the future, expressed in UTC

- Airplane ICAO type must match.


About the jetway retracting in external view, it's a known MSFS bug that affects default jetways as well, as discussed here:
