Couatl engine hasn't started - How to report a problem

A little help please!
here is the log file.

What steps should i take to correct this?

Clearly antivirus issue. Configure it to add the whole Addon Manager folder to the antivirus Exclusion, then run the FSDT Live Update again.

I have added the  whole 'Add on Manager " folder to the exception list in  TrendMicro antivirus software and rerun the FSDT Live updater.
 However lady luck is not with me today :'( here is the log file

Trend Micro is probably the worse offender when False positives are concerned, we keep reporting this bug to them every month or so, they fix it and the next update they break it again. Try after restarting Windows.

According to your log, your MSFS 2024 installation has a problem. Have you maybe moved the Community folder in the wrong way, manually instead of using the Library settings ?

GSX works just fine here, if with the new MSFS update, you mean the 3rd SU1 Beta, which we all use and test.

So a few days ago I updated GSX to 3.3.6 and after that it stopped working. I followed the advice from the forum I checked to see if it was MSFS 2024 and the Coualt Script Engine still is not working. I have attached an image of the icons and the log

You attached the restarter log and, from the log, it seems the restarter is trying to do what is supposed to do (detecting the couatl engine stopped and restarting it), but it seems each time it's restarted, it quits immediately.

As indicated in the Sticky post of this thread, you should have enabled logging by editing the Couatl_MSFS.INI file as explained there, and attach the main couatl.log, because it might show something related to your problem.

Ok so how would I be able to do this because I’m completely confused.
