Make crew boarding, PAX boarding, cargo loading, be 3 separate requests

This will allow to start these events when they should occur, almost for pilots who want to respect the reality. Actually with just a single "boarding" request all these actions are all wrong in term of timing.

But DO NOT disable crew boarding, like it is asked in another thread ! I mean with 3 separate requests, peoples who don't care about realism will just have to launch the 3 requests in the same time (really not a big deal). Those who consider that the game start with crew already boarded, will simply skip the crew boarding request.

It's an extremely time consuming change, that might potentially break a lot of things, so it needs lots of testing and time. We'll concentrate on solving all remaining issue before adding new features or changing existing one so deeply.

Thanks Umberto, bug fixing takes obviously precedence!
At least for now I found a workarround to disable pilots and crew boarding using FSUIPC (registred); Assign a key to change the value of the 4 LVARS -you describe in the manual- just before asking for bording /debording .. works flawlessly !
