To troubleshoot this kind of error, it's best to clear the airport cache, which will force a rebuild, which will be logged. Remove this folder:

%PROGRAMDATA%\Virtuali

And post a log after the first startup, following the instructions here:

If you type exactly that on the windows start area or on a file explorer view, then Enter, it will open it.

First, it's %PROGRAMDATA%\Virtuali, not %APPADATA%\Virtualii

You don't have to find anything: just type exactly that from the windows Start area or from a File Explorer address bar, then press Enter, the right folder will open.

It's normal it doesn't exists if you just run the FSDT Live Update, which means the next start GSX will rebuild its airport cache, so the log you'll get from that session should contain some information about why the airport couldn't be found.

Sorry, no. I said %PROGRAMDATA% not %APPDATA%!!

It's usually in C:\ProgramData\Virtuali, but if it's not there, just go ahead and do the log.

I haven't been able to use the software since day 1. The error "Could not find valid AFCAD data,......." at this position keeps coming up. I tried the offline installer, also without success.
My theory is because my user folder contains the letter "'Ä" so the folder is not accessible. As I said, I really tried everything and reinstalled.

Here u are

You posted the .ERR file, not the .LOG file, which you should have if you followed the previous instructions correctly.
