That's the problem: you are supposed to download another package after that one, after you say Yes or No to the request to keep the file. Have you noticed any errors instead of the download ?

It's best to log the installation. You can log the installer in two ways:

- By opening a command prompt, going to the Addon Manager folder, and type:

COUATL_UPDATER2.EXE /INSTALL /LOG

- By adding the /LOG parameter to its shortcut on the Desktop. You should already have /SILENT and /INSTALLMODE there, so just add /LOG

Run it as before, and at the end you'll have a log.txt file in the same folder. It will be large so, please, ZIP it and Attach it to a post.

Sounds a lot like the thing i had, where there was no jetway package after i selected No when it asked me to keep the files. Because that clearly happens after the first question.

I would select yes there, if you havent.

Anyway, my problem is solved (im not the OP but posted here yesterday). It didnt update to the latest files but starting today it shows 2022 and all those problems mentioned here are gone.

The things i did so far (maybe of help for the OP, who knows)

- add exclusions as mentioned in manual
- deinstall GSX Pro (and i also manually deleted the shortcut to gsx jetways in community folder)
- Reinstalled GSX Pro
- selected yes when it asked me the first time if i want to keep the files
- let the rest (gsx jetways) download and install
- choose yes again to keep
- start the installer again and let it update

Now it works.

Dont have that Jetway folder but i delete anything from fsdreamteam. Including the folders in Appdata/Roaming.

The log you sent me is during an update, but the problem is the 2nd package is not installed, so I would really need to see a log of an installation.

Just an idea, is it maybe because I am using the trail version for the house owned airports so the installer doesn't want to load that on purpose?

it will load a slightly different version with only few airports and airport services customized, but it's otherwise the same and is a second package anyway.
