scam....? I would not say that.
They build it from the ground up (they say) and honestly a discount for whom,  it is some years ago I bought the fsx and p3d versions and for a lot others too i suppose.
But of course a discount would very much appreciated.

I've owned GSX since release and nearly everything was a free upgrade over many years. Not even remotely close to a scam. The MSFS version will be supported for years, and works at every single airport in the world.

I have to strongly disagree here.

It has been considerably remade, and it also includes the Level 2 expansion, so I think FSDT has more than earned their money.

I thought that no seeing anything anywhere on our site discussing any discount for previous users, should already answer that.  All our products that DO have an upgrade price, like KCLT or KSDF or KORD, they all have this information right in their Product page.

Well damn..I have supported alot fsdreamteam products and there were either free upgrades or discounted prices..this is a lil disheartening.

GSX came out in March 2012, and has been updated for free, across several generations of simulators ( FSX, P3D 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 ). No software I know lasted 10 years with free updates.

+1, the growth of this Product since inital release was huge. The only little "price" you need to spend was for the GSX2 Level 2, but even with it you get so much more options and animations into the Sims.
I dont understand why people always asking for discounts or price reduce... Come on guys, the price is not huge and you get the FULL GSX experience into MSFS....

If its to expensive for you, dont buy it and stop flaming the devs for their excellent work!

Alright, no "discount", but is there an "upgrade" price? I am not downgrading quality of your product, but it's not exactly an upgrade from the original.
