I put in my email it says connot fund product with this email I know I bought it
Then it's because you either:
- You haven't purchased from FSDT. If you purchased on Simmarket, for example, the keys are in your account.
OR
- Have used another email, so you must use that one. If you use an email that can't be accessed anymore, you must contact support BY EMAIL, indicating which email you used for that order, and into which email you want them to be changed to.
