I can't reproduce the problem.
When reporting any issues, you shouldn't provide with your own short interpretation of the error but, instead, provide with the error log ( which can be activated by enabling LOGGING in the Troubleshooting section of the GSX Settings ) produced as soon as they error came out, because the log will contain more useful information which is missing from your report, like the airplane used, the airport used, the gate used, the service called, but also the version of the program and the line that contained the error.
