There's no problem whatsoever with traffic at KJFK, since it has enough parking spots, and they are all assigned airline codes. The problem might be your traffic product instead: if the airplanes don't have parking codes, they might not be assigned correctly.
However, you might see planes in the wrong parking spots, surely not "zero" traffic. This can't happen, and nobody ever reported it.
