I purchased KORD V2 for P3D directly from your store via Digital River GmbH in October 2019. I have not received an email with the upgrade offer as of today. I have checked my SPAM and junk mail folder and it is not there either.

It would be great to receive it as my e-mail has not changed ever.

We recently switched from Digital River to Fastspring ecommerce, so we are still finalizing the setup, and discounts for previous orders, are not available right now.
