Any chance to implement Vinci airports ground handling in GSX ?

Its operate at my home airport LYBE and 44 more airports around the world, there is link

Are you sure they do ground handling ? As far as I knew, they manage the airports, but checking the video on their site, ground vehicles are shown with a blank livery and, I couldn't find them in the IATA Ground handlers directory either:
