Catering trucks for PMDG Boeing 747-400F

Minor issue but when I order catering for the PMDG 747-400F I get two large catering trucks and a request to open doors that are not present. I don't have this issue with the 747-800F, for which I get a small catering van. I've tried resetting the aircraft in the GSX aircraft profile (and also tried deleting the folder with the user profile) but it doesn't resolve the issue. I'm using P3D v4.5 HF3 and have run Live Update. GSX correctly identifies the aircraft and all the doors. Is there anything else I can try?

Please indicate precisely which doors you are requested and especially how they are named.

The default configuration that comes with GSX for the PMDG 747-400F expects two catering doors, named "R Entry 1" and "R Entry 5", which are associated to the 7X7XCabinDoor1R and 7X7XCabinDoor5R custom XML variables.

I checked the .MDL files themselves, and both door exists in the model.

That's correct, the catering trucks are expecting passenger doors 1R and 5R but the livery I am using from PMDG (Atlas Air) and the GSX aircraft configuration don't have those doors present. On the right hand side there are only cargo doors. It's strange because on the 800F models I don't have that issue.

What's the precise name of this livery (the folder the plain is in) and which model use ?

The livery is downloaded from the PMDG Operations Centre and is called 'PMDG 747-400F Atlas Air (N475MC) 2016'.

The texture is in the following folder:
C:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\SimObjects\Airplanes\PMDG 747-400F\Texture.5Y

The texture.cfg and aircraft.cfg is attached.
