Remove ground handling company selection

Since there seem to be no (LM) fix for the missing logos etc. on the ground vehicles in the foreseeable future,
can we maybe drop the selection of the ground handling company entirely?
It's a bit annoying and useless when you always HAVE to choose something you won't see anyway.

The logos will eventually came back and the menu has a time out that will automatically pick the default choice if not pressed in a few seconds so, there isn't any need to remove the choice of airlines.
