I uninstalled the old AS scenery and switched to taxi to gate EDDM. I used the uninstaller by AS, but GSX keeps creating the old eddm_aerosft.pye file which is causing conflicts in the scenery at the gate. At gate 105 I made my own gate in GSX, but the old is still visible. So I have double gates. If I delete manually the eddm_aerosoft.pye, everything works ok. If I use FSDT Live Update the file comes back and the conflict is there again. I donĀ“t know how to fix that.

The eddm_aerosoft.pye file should not cause a conflict to another EDDM scenery, because it's only used if the AFCAD in use is named AF2_eddm_2010.bgl, that is the Aerosoft .BGL so, if you see conflicts caused by this file, it's because you haven't properly removed the Aerosoft scenery, so GSX is still using the AF2_eddm_2010 file.
