Not recognizing gates

Morning!  I'm running GSX2 with both my PD4 and PD5.  4 seems to have no problems but 5 is telling me there are no gates in range.  I can see them right in front of me.  :-)  Not an add-on airport either. Default jetways are disabled via the control panel.   What would you suggest I do?  Thank you for your time.

It would be helpful to know which airport we're talking about here.
