Does it happen with a specific combination of airport, airplane or jetway ?

Seems to be happening with all default airports and MFSG YPPH

Does that airport is the only one you have that comes with SODE jetways ?

at all other payware airports it says, NO sode jetways detected you will not see passengers visually

This is what is supposed to say if the airport doesn't have any kind of SODE jetway ( replaced by GSX or supplied by the scenery ), so it means the scenery comes with its own standard jetways, which are not automatically replaced by GSX, so GSX is correctly telling you these jetways won't be controlled by GSX and passengers won't use them.

Are you sure your airplane doors are all in the correct place ? Check with the GSX editor, and see if all passenger doors are set correctly, both in position and heading.
