Register Serial doesn't appear on addon manager

I buy the bundler on prepar3d v5 GSX.

When I go in addon manager and I click on REGISTER SERIAL nothing happening
I desactivate Antivirus..
I already test exclusion
I Have the official p3d5 version
I don't have other mods..

Can you help me plz?  ???

Hi,

I am getting this issue also. Excluded the addon manager on the antivirus, restarted my system, fresh download nothing seems to be working.
The addon manager just stays in TRIAL MODE for gsx.

I am also getting this error on p3dv4.5 where I press enter serial number on GSX and the add on window closes and nothing happens but all of the other espionage work for example opening the website.

Any help would be much appreciated
