Hi FSDT, So ive been having an issue with the fueling service.  Im using the SkySpirit 777X.  Sim is P3Dv4.5.  Ive checked to make sure GSX is the most recent version.  Anyways, I use the custom option to input what i want for a fuel load, the hydrant truck starts servicing the aircraft, then about 60 sec - 2 min later, it leaves without completing the load.  I haven't tested this with a tanker truck yet, but will update if this is an issue.  This has happened at a variety of airports (addons).  Even if i try restarting GSX or couatl, it doesn't resolve the issue.  Could it be caused if wings are folded, or does that not matter?  What about edited Afcads?  Could that interfere with it?  I use Active Sky for P3Dv4 too.  OS is Windows 10 Home 64 bit

Please provide precise reproduction steps, including all the following details:

- How the fuel/cargo option are set in the custom config you made for that airplane ( which is not included in GSX, so you surely must have done one )

- How much fuel you had *before* calling GSX

- How much fuel you asked for.

Ok so the issue happens when the fuel truck stops fueling the wings, when they reach full, and switches to fueling the center tank.  Below is what my fuel load was for a flight i did last night, AMS-ATL.  Another issue that happens that seems to be part of the original problem is the person over the fuel pit (from the ground hydrant) is either invisible or flickers.  Just about a minute or so, maybe longer, it stops fueling after putting in either a few hundred or few thousand pounds of fuel in the center.  I have not tested this with a tanker truck yet.  I copied over the GSX config, listed below.  Oh and the plane im using from SkySpirit Boeing 777-10X.

Arrival fuel in AMS was 52.7.  When the fuel truck left, 138.5 was on it when i requested 192.2.

Please check if it happens with another airplane, one that is supported by GSX internally and don't have its fuel system. It's possible the airplane you are using is altering the fuel quantity on his own and we cannot possibly know about that.

its a freeware plane that uses the default fueling system on P3Dv4.  It also could be the panel im using too....  Not to big of a deal if it doesnt work cause i just go manually add it if it doesn't complete it anyways.

Is there any text log of any sort with GSX to see if there is any issues or not?  Just curious.
