Stuck on "GSX - Pushback in Progress" dialog on arrival

Since P3D v5.1 (and HF1) I find that GSX level 2 is stuck on the "GSX - Pushback in Progress" dialog and there is nothing I can do to encourage GSX to recognize that I've arrived at a new airport.  I do have SODE 1.71 installed and I run Live Update prior to starting up P3D v5.1, as I have for years.

Any advice for how I might fix this?

Are you selecting a gate in flight, or after landing ?

After landing and on the ground.

I tried to do a complete flight, from LSZA to LSZH, using all default scenery and default airplane ( A321 imported from FSX ), I asked Pushback after having parked with the help of the GSX Follow me, and I found no issues.

Are you also getting the issue of the menu not being responsive ?

Hello, yes, the same issue as was reported in the linked thread.

Early theory on this:  If I unselect "confirm good engine start" and don't make the marshaller and tug driver wait for me to start all 4 engines of the 747, then I don't seem to be as likely to get a stuck dialog on arrival (almost always 8 to 12 hour flights in the 747 for me).  I also find that the BBJ would not result in a hung dialog for similar reasons (not making the GSX process wait for me).

I don't have enough data to complete verify this, but these are early observations.

UPDATE:

I do think long delays due to "good engine start" seem to be the culprit.  I have disabled "Good engine start" and I haven't encountered this problem since.
