Duplicate purchase of CYVR

Dec. 3, 2020 I sent email to support@virtualisoftware.com regarding my foolish duplicate purchase of CYVR in hopes of a refund, however after 4 days I've heard nothing. No automated response, nothing in spam...nothing.
In the past I've always experienced superb support, so I can only assume there has been an oversight.
I really hated to post here for something that is not related to a technical issue with CYVR, but felt I had no choice.
