How are these currently working in v5.1?

I was thinking about picking up PHNL and the rest of the Hawaii range today but I see some posts here about issues in v5 that don't appear to have any resolution. Are these working in v5 or should I pass?

Everything is still sunken by about half a foot since v5.0. I ran the udpater just the other day, so I'm assuming this issue has not been officially addressed yet
