I have read several posts about this problem .. I have tried some configurations but without getting a result: the exit 2 cannot be opened .... below my current situation:

neither of them works the error persists ... so what to do?

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with your error, but it looks like for both exits in both configurations, you have "name = Exit 1", and for both cargo doors, you have "name = Exit 2". Screenshot of the exact error message would help.

I'm talking about the configuration files you posted in your initial post. Ideally, you want one marked Exit 1, one parked Exit 2, one marked Forward Cargo, and one marked Aft Cargo. You have both your passenger doors marked Exit 1 and both your cargo doors marked Exit 2.

Will post my two gsx.cfg files I use for Prosim and P3D v4.5. They open all doors using the Tab+Door number keys when using the doors lua file in the modules folder. Not sure about P3D v5. Buy maybe this will help?
