I Dont Know if this helps but i have the same effect now at a fsxcenery airport. i think its actually something to do with gsx
The problem doesn't have anything to do with GSX.
If the way the airport is made, it's not a native P3D scenery, it's an FSX scenery made almost 10 years ago, so in FSX we had to raise semi-transparent ground decals in order to prevent ground flickering, and fact you are seeing in another scenery, just confirm it's not some kind of PHNL "bug", but something that can happen when using sceneries originally made for FSX in P3D.
