OK - yes the default terminals are there after uninstall.
I have re downloaded from Sim Market installed and activated
Back to no terminal with jetways only

I have installed the new MSFS Patch 2, re-downloaded and re-installed and all is working!

We fixed this 5 days ago, as soon as it was reported:

So, of course, the FSDT Live Update you ran now on reinstallation fixed it.
