BGL jetways at FSDT KIAH
« on: July 22, 2020, 09:06:30 am »
I've got a quick question about the BGL jetway/walkway at FSDT KIAH (like the ones at Terminal B United Express parking spots) - They move, but they don't seem to align to the door of the aircraft like the jetways do. They more just pivot on the back end and that is all. Is this just how they are? Or is there a way to have them align to the door of the aircraft parked there, and then have the platform extend out to make contact with the aircraft? Would be kinda cool to see them roll forward, swing toward the aircraft, then the platform extend out to the aircraft, and then see the passengers walking down the ramps (currently no passengers show for these jetway types  :( ). Of course if this were to be done, each ramp-way would only need 1 platform whereas now they have 2 and no aircraft that fits in those spots has a need for 2 platforms.

Just a thought and if not able to be done, totally understandable - it would just help with the realism aspect!

Those kind of jetways are a bit out of standard, I'm not sure they can be done with SODE, so we left as default jetways.
