boarding passenger and luggage at the same time

Hello i have an issue that seems specific to the Majestic Dash Q400.

When boarding the aircraft the passenger bus come first and only after the passenger have all boarded and the bus is moving away the truck with the luggage start to move.
During the whole boarding process I can see the truck with the lugage staying still and waiting for the passenger bus to move away before making its move.

It is not the case in the FSLab A320 xhen lugage and passenger are boarded at the same time.

Is it an option or something I can change ? Because it's annoying and make very long boarding process.

It's like this for all airplanes that loads luggage from the left, in order not to have the baggage loaders conflicting with the rear passenger stairs.
