SODE Unavailable

I just purchased Chicago O'Hare V2 yesterday. Flu to it today and it tells me SODE unavailable, jetways will not animate. WTF
Every thing is updated, even P3D V4.5, GSX lv2, ...
O'Hare has been activated.

I may have found the problem. My SODE had not been updated to 1.7.
