Cater trucks annimation.

I think this question has been asked before, but I'm going to ask it again.
Most of the time, GSX default catering trucks use Jet Aviation catering trucks. The problem is, Jet Aviation trucks have no animation when loading. Today I chose the GSX default cater and two Jet Aviation truck pulled up to my 737-800 and they just sat there. After a couple of minutes I got a message to close door three because catering was complete, yet nothing happened.
I have stopped using GSX default catering because it doesn't work with Jet Aviation. Are you going to fix this problem soon.

Do you mean all 200+ liveries works normally, except the Jet Aviation one ?

 Of course I can't speak for the other 199 catering trucks, I can only speak for one, Jet Aviation.
Vancouver BC uses only three catering trucks, Sky Chefs, Gate Gourmet and Jet Aviation, and Jet Aviation does not have any animation. The easiest thing to do is check it out and then we will both know for sure whether it's working...

You haven't said which simulator you use, since FSX and P3D use entirely separate set of vehicles.

I use MSFX-SE. Win 10, GSX L2. I should have mentioned that before.

Ok, try the Live Update now, it should be fixed. Sorry, but we don't check the FSX files that much these days, so this bug must have slipped.

I too have experienced this issue. This issue only occurs with the Jet Aviation Trucks. I use MS FSX boxed edition with SP 2. I saw that you had the fix for steam, but not sure if this would also work for the boxed version.

As far GSX is concerned, there's no difference whatsoever between these two versions, they work exactly the same.

Yes, you fixed the animation problem with Jet Aviation catering trucks, good job, works well.
One little minor issue, the man that does the loading off the truck into the aircraft, does not exactly line up with the aircraft door, he actually misses the door by about half of it. When you get a spare minute take a look and get the loading man headed in the right direction, other then that, good job.

I just tested all three catering trucks for Jet Aviation and my catering crew worked perfectly. I used the PMDG 777 with FSX and all crew members walked in the middle of the door when going in and going out of the aircraft.

The Jet Aviation truck that pulls up to the front door of my 737-800. The loading ramp on the truck lines up with the front door but the man loading into and out of the aircraft misses the open door. The truck seems to line up well with the rear door.

Try to reset the airplane configuration, to be sure you are using the one that comes with GSX.

 tried repositioning the aircraft for a better alignment, but nothing changed.
As you can see, the alignment is wrong coming out of the truck.

You managed to find the only one vehicle still not updated. Open this file:

Addon Manager\Simobjects\FSDT_Catering_Half_2axis\SIM.CFG

and change line 6 from this:

couatl.catering_man = FSDT_catering_man_generic

to this:

couatl.catering_man = FSDT_catering_man_generic_half
