Loading veicle, boarding passengers and csrgo

Good evening, as I see in many video I should have also the option for the boarding and for the loading of the fuel, passenger and cargo;
Why I can not do it?
This option are not available in the menu; I can see only the pushback option and other options but not cargo, boarding and fuel option
The version is the last one and I have p3d v 4.5
Can someone help me?

Maybe is because I use the A330 professional aerosoft? And, this, is not on the list?

Could be the standard Simconnect menu has been resized, so you don't see all the options, and you don't know you can resize it again with the mouse ?

So my problem is this, I will attach some pictures ;
Now I am on the A320 and the menu is the one show in photo (as you can see there is no option to get cargo loading, fuel and jet moving for passengers)
If I go to the addon menager and I go to gsx2 they say "trial mode" and they ask for activation key;
I don't know where to find it, because in the aerosoft website they say that I don't need any activation
So, how can I solve it
Just for info, all the other options that you can see on the menu on the picture are working (pushback option, follow me etc)

The same issues is with the A330
Maybe is not active in all airports?

You are showing another application menu, that's not GSX.
