The only manual that I found in the installed folder is called FSdt_install_guide.pdf. But it has 18 pages. What file do you mean? Where can I find it?

- Addon Manager -> GSX -> "Open Manual" button

OR

- the icon named "FSDT GSX Manual" the installer has placed on your Desktop

OR

- the GSX_manual.pdf file under Addon Manager\couatl\GSX
