Jet Aviation Catering Trucks Missing Crew

I posted about this issue in August of 2019 but I don't believe it was ever resolved. When I get Jet Aviation Catering Trucks (any airport, any type of truck), no catering crew members are visible. The trucks dock properly, and take the correct amount of time, but you cannot see the catering crew pushing carts in and out. I am using FSX and have the latest updates installed. It is also worth noting that this problem is not present with any other caterer, but only with Jet Aviation.

Perhaps because the catering truck stops on the side of the aircraft where there is no door.

I don’t believe that is the issue as every other catering company and vehicle type works perfectly here, recognizes the door, and crew are visible. About a year ago there was a problem with the jet aviation textures after and update, so I believe the problem originated from there. The textures were corrected but the functioning of the catering crew was never fixed.
