GSX Registration not working correctly

I have a problem, that after registrating GSX in the Addon Manager and restarting the sim, the registration just goes back to trial mode (GSX & GSXLVL2). I tried fully reinstalling GSX, but that didn't help. Everytime I want to use GSX I need to activate it after starting up my sim what is kinda annoying.
Any suggestions?

Try to Deactivate ( on the Self-Help site listed in the FAQ page ) and Activate again.

That didn't work sadly. I tried it multiple times. Restarting my sim and GSX is back to trial mode. I recently reinstalled Windows (full reinstall) without deactivating GSX in the Addon Manager before reinstalling. Could that be the reason?

You don't say which simulator you use.

Sorry, I'm currently using Prepar3D v4.5.13.

Are you using a Windows account with limited permissions ?

Are you using an old Esellerate key, or a new QLM key ? If you are using an old Esellerate key, try to deactivate and reactivate using the new kind of key, which you can find in the Self-Help site listed on the FAQ page of our site. Old keys starts with FSDT, new keys starts with A

Yep, I was using an old reg key starting with FSDT. I will try it out with the new keys.

I have tried EVERYTHING that you have shared in the many different posts.

Unfortunately, I am still not able to maintain activation. I have all the permissions on my PC. I have used the self-help QLM and got the new keys. Deactivated and reactivated, uninstalled and reinstalled and still getting the red text saying GSX L2 will remain in trial mode till purchase; even though I have gotten the popups which say it has been activated.

I am using P3Dv4.5.14.34698

I do not know what else to do.

Please help.

I ran into that issue once a while back ... turns out I hadn’t registered gsx base (level 1?) before I activated level 2. Since they are technically 2 separate programs working in connection with each other it is required both be purchased and registered separately. Check that you have registered gsx base.
