GSX2 - Jetway on LFPF aerosoft airport

Hello an info about LFPG airport. I followed the procedure for managing third party jetways. In gates E of the LFPG airport one jetway is eliminated and I can customize the other one not. It's normal? How can I do. I attach photos of the situation. Thank you

If those jetways are static, and are modeled as part of the terminal mesh, you cannot remove them with an Exclude file.  There is a way, which involves modifying the scenery, as explained here:

Hello I use the tutorial and when I export the file LFPG_jetwaygrauglasLIB.bgl the MCX compile e replace the .bgl in the directory. I view many error in the log and when I use fsx the jetway is view, it doesn't disapper. Why? what the prolem?
I do the same with control tower and it doesn't disapper.

Which log, and which errors ?

I founded the correct file JETWAYSX.BGL.
If I rename JETWAYSX.OFF the jetway is not view. It's the correct solution?
If I try to modify with SDK, it create only hml file and I receive some error. I attach the log

I thought you were reporting GSX errors. That's a ModelconverterX error, I'm afraid we cannot help you with that here. You should ask on Fsdeveloper forum, they have a support forum for MCX.
