GSX Download failed

Dear Sir,

As my computer hard disk was damaged, I replaced it and reinstalled P3DV4.5 and other add-on yesterday.  However, when I installed GSX Level 2. The download failed and the installation counld not be completed. May you please help to solve this problem?

have  you  installed   the  gsx  base  package  first  since its  a  requirement  before  you install gsx  l2

That seems like an antivirus or firewall issue. Be sure you disable the firewall, which might block the download. Also, try this:

- clear your browser cache

- remove this folder

Documents/GSX_Installer

- try to download again, and be sure the firewall is disabled.

Installed the gsx base package also have same problem.

I tried as your suggested, but the problem is still unsolvable.

Try using a VPN, maybe it's a problem of your ISP blocking Cloudflare nodes ( it happens, in some countries ):

I have tried using the VPN method, but still not successful. But i try to install the GSX to my home another PC, which can be downloaded successfully.

Good afternoon. I would like to join the reports on this issue. Since yesterday, I have been trying to download the GSX and GSX 2 programs. the File to run is downloaded without problems, but when you try to run it, it stops downloading to gsx_p3d4_setup2-3. bin Then it goes through all the remaining files to download one by one, trying to connect, and at the end it returns the above message. Attempts to disable the antivirus and firewall settings do not lead to anything. I would like to solve this issue somehow.

I can only repeat and confirm, the most likely problem is either the antivirus or the firewall blocking the installer to download the rest of the file.

Fact you were able to download the first small installer, is because your firewall/antivirus is allowing the BROWSER to download stuff, but it's apparently blocking the INSTALLER itself from downloading.

That's the only possible explanation compatible with your report.
