In general, we don't constantly update airports to keep up with real world.
That would require a service similar to Navigraph, paid by subscription, with the difference that, while Navigraph can offer it for a reasonable price worldwide, since they only need to pay the data license, but there's only minimal human intervention required, in case of airports, almost every change in the airport would require updating even the actual scenery, sometimes up to updating ground textures, markings, etc., so the cost would probably not what users would likely be prepared to pay, for a constantly updated airport.
