Hello everyone.
Perhaps in a future update do you think could be possible to provide vehicles and crews according to the weather?

Seeing staff in shorts when it rains or snows is decidedly unrealistic

Nonsense. I do it all the time. That said, wearing shorts in the snow might not be a good idea, but I'm not sure why wearing shorts in the rain would be an issue.

It's already like this, is still not supported for all vehicles and crews, but most of them are. In P3D 4.4+ only, of course, we haven't updated any of the legacy vehicles for FSX, and we don't plan to.
