Could please confirm how I can check the GSX customization page (how to get there).  This will then allow me to check if I am using a custom profile instead of yours.

Choose "customize airport positions" from the GSX menu, and check if close to the name of the AFCAD used, there's also an .INI file in your %APPDATA%\GSX folder. If yes, it means you have customized it.

I am still flying and therefore haven't checked the AFCAD.  However, I have gone into the %APPDATA%\GSX folder: C:\\Users\me (jjsmcc)\AppData\Roaming\Virtuali\GSX and have found the following attached file...could you please confirm if this is the ".INI" you are referring to and if so what I should do with it?

Remove it, so the one we supply with JFK V2 will take over.
