Choosing handeling operators at airports

Hello, I'm trying to add the correct operators for EKCH (SAS, Menzies, Aviator, Copenhagen Flight Services (probs not in GSX)and I read through the manual of GSX. It says that you can find the codes for non airline handlers in the sim.cfg file of the specific models. After trying to locate said models, only to find out that they were located outside the main sim folder and in addon manager/simobjects/PBR I couldn't find any codes in there.

What am I doing wrong?

After the PBR update, all logos has been moved in the Addon Manager\TEXTURE folder, with 3 "rules" ( catering, handling, jetwaylogo ) files that contains all codes, and starts with some comments which explain how to change them, eventually.
