Last passenger not boarding. P3D V4

Lately I've encountered a bug where the last passenger doesn't board the plane at all and I can't use GSX at the Airport when I am prepping for departure.It is ALWAYS the last passenger, it's like they are running late or something, i dunno, i think it's a bug, has anyone else experienced this?

Please indicate the precise number of passengers, and if you used a jetway or a bus, and if you had the multiple trips option enabled.
