"Unrecognized" is not very clear.
As indicated on all the manuals, and as explained so many times on the forum too, for questions related to orders and activations, you should always use the support email, not the forum because, as you can see, my next question would have to be "what is your activation key" or "what is your order number or your name", and we cannot obviously share those in public, so we must stop here... that's why the support email is the proper place for questions about past orders.
