Hi

I have the scenery from XHT mega airport Prague

When i use a active gate (with PMDG 737 or Aerosoft A320) with jetways
I have a staircase truck on the 1L FWD door (under the jetway bridge)

I have tried to see if i could solve this.. but i could not..

Any ideaś?

That airport uses non-standard jetways, so you must tell GSX it has jetways ( in all parking it has one), because it's not able to recognize them automatically, since they are not standard or SODE.

Thanks for the answer.

But how do I do it right?

Because if I go into "customize Airport Position", and choose 1 jetway i get a "new" jetway in the scenery, because the editor opens.

So is there another way in to the program, I need to go in and tell about the jetways.

After all, I'm not going to make new jetways from GSX's own custom build in.

I'm just going to tell GSX that I want to use default scenery jetways.

It's probably a bit tricky to do this with GSX L2, since with basic GSX, saying the parking has a jetway will not create anything, but with L2, it assumes you want to add a GSX L2 jetway to a scenery that didn't had one.

We'll probably have to do a specific option, for this special case.

Random discovery. If you go to C:\XHT-Labs\LKPR Maintenance Tool, open up the LKPR Maintenance Tool. It gives you the option for jetways to appear dynamic, static, or off. It might be a bit of work unless somebody already did a configuration for it, but couldn't you just turn the jetways off here, then use GSX jetways.
