The log seems to indicate the opposite: P3D crashed for another reason, and GSX recognized and shut it down cleanly. The proof is in the latest lines: before saying P3D crashed, it also printed a connection with SODE lost so, most likely, BOTH GSX and SODE were affected by the sim crash, because they both lost their Simconnect connection.
Also, there's a new version of SODE available since a few days:
