Aerosoft CRJ-700 Problem
« on: February 15, 2020, 05:30:23 pm »
Hello, When I go and hit "Catering service" with the 700 GSX will perform the job but when its done it won't recognize that I've closed the door and it will just keep saying "waiting to close service door" and at that point after a while, I have to restart it in order to continue with the rest of the jobs selected. Someone, please help :(

The Aerosoft CRJ is internally supported by GSX, so there's no need to use a custom configuration for it. If you are using a custom configuration for it, remove it, so GSX will use its internal one, which surely works.

You can check which configuration GSX is using by opening the airplane configuration editor. When the GSX internal configuration is used, it should say "Internal GSX Database" under the "Aircraft data used by GSX" heading.

I tried it now, and it works correctly, see the attached screenshots.

Hello Umberto,

I'm gonna attach some screenshots to show what mine says, I went and looked at what you showed me and your right mine doesn't say that and so now I'm asking how do I fix it?

Delete that gsx.cfg file, or better yet, just delete the entire folder that you're in.

Or press the "Reset" button in the airplane editor, which does the same thing.
