GSX Engines Started Pilot Audio Request

I really enjoy the feature after pushback where we must acknowledge whether or not the engines are properly started. However, should there be an option in which if the engines are not properly starting, or the pilot wants to be pulled back into the gate, the pilot can declare "Engines not properly started" and be pulled back into the gate? Additionally, for when we do acknowledge engines properly started, is there a way for GSX to play the audio portion for the pilot instead of just displaying the green text? I feel like some audio would help add to the immersion, as well as the option to state engines have not been started properly.

They haven't even implemented the option to pull the plane as far as I know, so that's not an option right now. I do know they plan on implementing the ability to pull the plane at some point, just don't know when.

I often wondered about that myself. Some time ago, I was on a flight and during pushback the pilot couldn't get one engine started, and we got pulled back to the gate and de-boarded, does happen now and then.

And there are also some gates out there that once the plane is pushed out of the gate, it has to be pulled somewhere along the taxiway. San Francisco is one airport I can think of where they do this from the G gates, although this also happened the last time I flew out of Houston.

Of course there is another reality. With flight programs like FSX, the likelihood of engine failure is not going to happen, even manually trying to start the engines and Control+E never fails. That consideration was probably taken into account when the ''GSX Engine Start Confirmation was added.''
