Do other applications with a standard Simconnect menu work ? For example SODE, using the TAB-S key ?

It's impossible the simulator would CTD with the GSX menu, since the GSX menu is created from the Couatl.exe program which, by definition, CANNOT crash the sim, since an external .exe cannot crash the sim. A .DLL *could* possibly crash the sim, but you said the Addon Manager ( which IS a .DLL ), works fine.

There must be something else entirely that is crashing your sim. Possibly another addon that use the same hotkey to open ? Which other add-ons you have under the "Addons" menu ? Try to disable them ALL, using the "Options" -> "Add-ons" menu, except the FSDT Addon Manager, restart the sim and try again.

If that doesn't work, try to remove this folders:

%PROGRAMDATA%\Virtuali
%APPDATA%\Virtuali

then reinstall GSX.

Please try without ANY other add-on, including FSUIPC. Disable everything, except the Addon Manager.

when i disable all addons except add on manager there is no gsx option in the menu

This should't happen, since the Addon Manager add-on entry contains everything needed for GSX. Be sure you restart the simulator when you do this, and allow enough time to close it before restarting again.

This might indicate a conflict or a problem with your VC++ libraries, as if you needed another add-on that was compiled with an older/outdated version of the VC++ library to be started first, and that might explain the crash as well.

Try to uninstall all the following runtimes from the Windows Control Panel:

- Each and every instance of the MS VC++ 2005 redistributable

- Each and every instance of the MS VC++ 2008 redistributable

- Each and every instance of the MS VC++ 2010 redistributable

- Each and every instance of the MS VC++ 2013 redistributable

- Each and every instance of the MS VC++ 2015 redistributable

- Each and every instance of the MS VC++ 2017 redistributable

- Each and every instance of the MS VC++ 2019 redistributable

- RESTART WINDOWS

- Reinstall GSX

I'm sorry, but something very wrong must happening in your install. Have you maybe updated P3D using only the Client ? if yes, it will surely cause problems, especially to applications with a menu, like GSX.

Try to download and install the P3D4.5 Content too.

If that doesn't work, uninstall the sim and reinstall using the Full installer. No, it will not require reinstalling any addons.
